industry. In the simulation, various people come together to form one company, taking up role of a chief staffing officer,
chief operating officer, chief delivery officer, chief finance officer and chief enterprise officer. Undergoing simulation,
helps them understand what are decisions/functions of various roles, helps them transcend history of ITeS industry
